The following before and after pictures are from a West London School that, decided to carry out the conversion of one of its buildings to energy saving lighting. The project was carried out using bespoke conversions within the existing light fitting; the conversions were designed and manufactured by Carbon Friendly Lighting Ltd.
The existing lighting consisted of recessed 600×600 modules using 4x18w T8 fluorescent lamps with a prismatic diffuser.
The conversion was to 3x14w T5, complete with a new Bespoke Louvre. Installation was fast clean and non-disruptive to the existing décor.
This conversion project provided saving of approximately 62% (£4,000.00 +) on the lighting running cost with a payback of less than 3 years.
Reduction in Carbon of approximately 25 tonnes.
All the conversions are guaranteed for 5 years.
