The first picture show’s the difference between existing before and after conversion, before is the yellow effect and after is the whiter. The existing lighting consisted of 2x70w surface mounted battens using T8 linear fluorescent lamps, the fittings were converted to 2x49w T5 lamps.
As well as an energy running cost saving of approximately 48%, maintenance issues with changing lamps have been greatly reduced due to the longevity of the T5 lamps and the added feature of maintained light levels and fabulous colour rendering.
