Energy Survey
The energy audit will include a comprehensive energy survey; utility bills collected for a 13 month period to allow the auditor to evaluate the facility’s energy/demand rate structures and energy usage profiles.
The audit will be able to identify all energy-conservation measures appropriate for the facility, given it’s operating parameters. A detailed financial analysis is performed for each measure based on detailed implementation cost estimates, site-specific operating cost savings, and your investment criteria.
Energy Certificate
Within the next 24months all commercial premises over 500sqm will be required to have a Display Energy Certificate on their premises which tells the public how efficient your premises are. The government’s aim is to tie in energy efficiency with business rates in the near future.
